Research Highlights

Multi-omics Integration: Our department has a strong focus on integrating data from multiple omics platforms, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. This approach allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of biological systems and identify novel disease mechanisms.

Computational Biology and Bioinformatics: We leverage advanced computational methods and bioinformatics tools to analyze large-scale biological data, develop predictive models, and design new experiments.

Translational Research: We strive to translate our research findings into clinical applications, leading to improved diagnostics, prognostics, and therapies.

Collaborations: We actively engage in collaborations with national and international partners, fostering knowledge exchange and accelerating scientific discovery. For example, we have strong partnerships with:
- Faculty of Medicine, KKU
- Cholangiocarcinoma Research Institute, KKU
- Imperial College London
- University of Cambridge
- Wellcome Sanger Institute
- University of Glasgow
